Op although i haven t had a c section i have had two very large 9lb 12oz babies naturally and took arnica both times. I ordered a 200c strength bottle from my local health food shop and found it told be absolutely excellent in helping with the healing process and bruising and was supported completely in this by my lovely midwife. If you want to take it a 200c dose is recommended one tablet pillule every two hours for the first day then one tablet pillule 2 3 times a day for 10 days.

I got mine from holland and. It is meant to really reduce healing time aswell as bruising. I will most probably have an elective c section due to the this degree tear with my first childbirth.
